环球印馆(08448)附属租赁香港物业
环球印馆(08448)发布公告，于2023年11月20日，公司间接全资附属公司环球印刷集团(作为承租人)与Mutual Benefit(作为出租人)订立租赁协议，环球印刷集团已同意租赁该等物业，自2023年12月1日起计至2026年1月31日止(包括首尾两日)，为期26个月。
租赁协议项下的该等物业为：中国香港新界青衣长达路1至33号青衣工业中心第一期2楼A1货仓;香港新界青衣长达路1至33号青衣工业中心第一期2楼A2货仓(包括平台);香港新界青衣长达路1至33号青衣工业中心第一期2楼A3货仓;及香港新界青衣长达路1至33号青衣工业中心第一期2楼A4货仓(包括平台)。
集团已提早终止租赁位于观塘的多处物业。由于该等物业与集团现有物流中心位于同一大厦内，董事会认为，租赁该等物业以作扩充之用，而非租用先前位于观塘的物业，可提升集团的整体业务效率及降低营运成本。
