华邦科技(03638)拟按“2供1”基准进行供股 最高净筹约5520万港元
华邦科技(03638)发布公告，公司建议以供股方式向股东筹集不超过5682.5万港元。供股并无包销，涉及按认购价每股供股股份0.18港元发行最多3.157亿股供股股份，基准为于记录日期每持有2股现有已发行股份获发1股供股股份。
供股的估计最高所得款项净额约为5520万港元。假设供股获悉数认购，公司拟将供股所得款项净额用作以下用途：所得款项净额的约35%-40%用于扩大集团的食品贸易业务及金融服务业务或进行与有关业务相关的投资;最多占所得款项净额的约30%-35%将用于战略机会;及所得款项净额的任何结余将用作集团的一般营运资金。
