力勤资源(02245)拟向凯帕斯国际提供本金不超过6500万元的融资
力勤资源(02245)发布公告，于2023年11月17日，公司及凯帕斯国际(KPS附属)已订立凯帕斯国际贷款协议，据此，公司同意向凯帕斯国际提供本金为不超过人民币6500万元的凯帕斯国际贷款融资，期限为一年。
此外，于2023年11月15日、2023年11月16日及2023年11月17日， 公司附属KPS与公司附属OSS已订立OSS贷款协议，据此，KPS同意向OSS提供本金总额为75万美元的OSS贷款融资，期限为一年。
公告称，凯帕斯国际贷款融资及OSS贷款融资将改善凯帕斯国际及OSS的现金流量状况，从而支持凯帕斯国际和OSS的公司运营。因此，公司(作为KPS及OSS的间接大股东)相信，加强其本身、凯帕斯国际及OSS之间的合作将有助于公司的整体业务发展及财务业绩。
