艾伯科技(02708)执行董事黎子明被强制出售170万股公司股份
艾伯科技(02708)发布公告，公司董事会获执行董事兼董事会主席黎子明先生知会，由黎子明所持有约占于本公告日期已发行股份总数0.24%的170万股公司股份(存放于设有保证金融资的证券交易账户)已于2023年11月16日于市场上被强制出售，乃因未能满足所发出的保证金补缴要求。
于出售事项前，黎子明先生及益明于本公告日期共同持有已发行股份总数的约12.37%，其中益明持有约11.16%，并于上述股本中的股权约为12.37%。于出售事项后，黎子明先生及益明于本公告日期共同持有已发行股份总数的约12.13%，其中益明持有约11.16%，并于上述股本中的股权约为12.13%。
