中国新消费集团(08275)发布公告，于2023年11月17日，卖方朗莱企业(公司间接全资附属公司)透过大手交易以每股国茂股份的售价0.91港元出售1630万股国茂(08428)股份，总代价约为1483万港元(不包括交易成本)。售出股份占于本公告日期国茂的已发行股份总数约17.47%。
