中华燃气(08246)：尚未偿还可换股债券
中华燃气(08246)发布公告，尽管集团已尽最大努力与债券持有人磋商变更还款条款及╱或分阶段偿还该等还款，但公司仍于2023年11月17日收到债券持有人就偿还可换股债券发出的函件。该函件要求收取本金9780万港元及自到期日起年利率为8%的适用利息。截至本公布日期，公司尚未偿还可换股债券。
