药明康德(02359)参股联营企业药明合联(02268)已于港交所挂牌上市
药明康德(02359)公布，公司参股的联营企业药明合联(02268)于 2023 年 11 月 17 日在香港联合交易所有限公司主板挂牌上市。
药明合联本次全球发售完成后，公司控股子公司上海合全药业股份有限公司通过其全资子公司 STA Pharmaceutical Hong Kong Investment Limited(合全药业香港投资有限公司)持有药明合联的股份数为4亿股，占药明合联发行完成后总股本约 33.94%。若后续药明合联行使全部或部分超额配售权，公司所持药明合联的股比将进一步稀释。
