数科集团(02350)发盈警 预计中期净溢利减少至约140万港元
数科集团(02350)发布公告，集团预期于截至2023年9月30日止六个月取得净溢利约140万港元，而截至2022年9月30日止六个月则取得净溢利约3110万港元。
董事会认为2023年财政期间的净溢利大幅减少主要由于下列因素所致：由于2023年财政期间市场竞争加剧，集团分销业务分部的内容传递网络授权所产生的收益及毛利率有所减少;由于经济环境疲弱令需求减少，导致2023年财政期间所获授的项目总数较2022年财政期间有所下跌，集团系统整合解决方案业务所产生的收益及毛利率有所减少;及2023年财政期间的其他收入较2022年财政期间有所减少主要由于2022年财政期间获得中国香港政府推出的“保就业”计划项下的政府补贴，而2023年财政期间并无收取有关补贴。
