B & D STRATEGIC(01780)发盈警 预计中期取得净亏损不少于约2400万港元 同比盈转亏
B & D STRATEGIC(01780)发布公告，与截至2022年9月30日止六个月约880万港元的综合纯利相比，预期集团于截至2023年9月30日止六个月将取得不少于约2400万港元的综合净亏损。
公告称，由盈转亏乃主要由于本期间土木工程分部以及改建及加建工程分部的直接成本增加约50%，以及毛利率下降。直接成本增加乃主要由于改建及加建工程分部一项工程的设计及施工计划持续改变，为追赶工程进度而产生大量额外分包成本;及土木工程分部一项工程的复杂程度出乎意料，以致产生大量额外分包成本;及土木工程分部一项工程的若干施工工程因设计及施工计划有重大变动而须重新施工，且鉴于工程延迟完成将产生额外分包成本及间接成本，因此已就该项工程作出亏损性合约拨备。
