国富创新(00290)公布，于2022年9月30日，该公司的间接全资附属公司深圳富强向中国基金管理人认购第一只基金的权益，金额为人民币1100万元(相当于约1203万港元)。
于2022年10月12日，深圳富强向中国基金管理人认购第二只基金的权益，金额为人民币1100万元(相当于约1203万港元)。
于2022年10月19日及2023年2月3日，该公司的直接全资附属公司 Galaxy Way向香港基金管理人认购第三只基金的权益，总金额为1700万港元。
于2022年10月19日及2023年2月3日，Galaxy Way 向香港基金管理人认购第四只基金的权益，总金额为1700万港元。
董事认为，认购该等基金为集团提供机会平衡及多元化其投资组合并实现潜在资本增值。
