首都金融控股(08239)发布公告，张伟已辞任董事会主席，自2023年11月17日起生效，以投入更多时间于其他工作安排。张先生辞任主席后，他仍为公司执行董事、行政总裁、提名委员会成员及根据联交所GEM证券上市规则第5.24条的授权代表。
公司执行董事兼副主席孟常乐已由副主席调任为董事会主席，自2023年11月17日起生效。
