深圳高速公路股份(00548)：建议分拆益常高速 REITs 项目获中国证监会和上交所受理
深圳高速公路股份(00548)公布，有关深高速拟以项目公司(深高速的全资附属公司)全资拥有收费公路权益的益常高速作为底层基础设施项目，开展益常高速 REITs 的试点申报工作，深圳国际(00152)及深高速(00548)已分别就益常高速 REITs 项目可能造成的分拆向联交所提呈第 15 项应用指引申请，以及豁免严格遵守第 15 项应用指引第 3(f)段规定的申请。而联交所亦已于 2023 年 10 月 20 日确认深圳国际及深高速可就益常高速 REITs 项目进行建议分拆，并授出有关豁免。
深圳国际及深高速于 2023 年 11 月 17 日获悉，项目基金管理人易方达基金管理有限公司和资产支持专项计划管理人易方达资产管理有限公司已于 2023 年 11 月 9 日向中国证券监督管理委员会及上海证券交易所正式提交本次发行的申报材料，并于 2023 年 11 月 16 日收到中国证监会和上交所对上述事项的受理通知。
