港股异动 | 中盈盛达融资担保(01543)涨超11% 近期获增持50万股H股股份
中盈盛达融资担保(01543)涨超11%，截至发稿，涨11.11%，报0.80港元，成交额307万港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所9月4日披露的文件，吴志坚于8月28日以每股均价0.696港元增持中盈盛达融资担保50万股H股股份，价值约34.8万港元。增持后，吴志坚最新持股数目为1.09亿股股份，好仓比例由19.62%升至19.71%。
此前中盈盛达融资担保发布截至2023年6月30日止六个月业绩，收益1.60亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长0.6%;股东应占利润1979.8万元，同比下降23.7%;每股基本盈利0.01元。
集团的担保费收入总额同比增加约19.33%至1.06亿元。该增加主要是由于对于2022年6月4日起实施的佛山市融资担保基金项目，集团对担保利率降至每年不超过1%的贷款担保项目应按实际营业额的1%收取补贴;及已发行融资担保总额由截至2022年12月31日的43.57亿元增至截至2023年6月30日的50.5亿元。
