港股异动 | 滨海投资(02886)逆市涨近4% 公司拟增持中石化液化天然气 南方集团拟引入中石化附属参股
滨海投资(02886)逆市涨近4%，盘中高见1.64港元，创月内新高，成交额206.92万港元。
消息面上，11月7日，滨海投资公布，与中石化天然气就中石化液化天然气订立深化合作意向协议。据此，中石化天然气拟通过股权合作方式释放中石化液化天然气股权，促进双方合作开展天然气采购、销售等业务；公司拟提高对中石化液化天然气的参股比例，以进一步完善储气调峰能力和窗口期支持。
此外，11月13日，滨海投资公布，其全资附属滨投天津同意中石化旗下长城燃气参股南方集团，具体方式及股权比例后续进一步协商确定。股权合作事项完成后，长城燃气尽合理努力在气源、气量方面向南方集团及其附属公司提供支持。南方集团及其附属在同等条件下优先采购长城燃气的天然气资源。
