益美国际控股(01870)涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.73%，报1.55港元，成交额118.02万港元。
消息面上，近日，公司全资附属公司Branding Power Limited(BPL)与AsiaGroup Philippines Unlimited (APU)就成立一家公司订立合资协议，旨在探索及发展可再生能源发电及销售业务，包括但不限于菲律宾共和国的太阳能、风能及氢能发电及储能项目。认购完成后，BPL及APU将认购分别占合资公司已发行股本总额90%及10%的股份。
