鼎丰集团汽车(06878)大幅拉升涨超12%，截至发稿，涨12%，报0.05港元，成交额1770万港元。
消息面上，鼎丰集团汽车日前发布公告，内容有关呈请人提交有关公司清盘的呈请书以及就公司进行建议债务重组作出申请。
于2023年10月30日的聆讯上，法院颁令：
(a)将呈请书聆讯押后至2024年1月22日在高等法院专责处理公司案件的法官席前聆讯，除非建议重组的进度未能令人满意，而提出清盘程序的公司债权人在法庭许可下另作申请;及
(b)就有关公司的建议计划定于2024年1月5日进行指示聆讯。
