基石控股(01592)：雷宝蔚已获重新委任为非执行董事
基石控股(01592)公布，雷宝蔚已获重新委任为非执行董事，而严建国已获重新委任为独立非执行董事及公司审核委员会成员，均自2023年11月16日起生效。
于股东在股东特别大会上通过第2项决议案批准后，增加法定股本已成为无条件及生效。因此，公司的法定股本已增加至5000万港元(分为50亿股股份)。
