骏溢环球金融(08350)：立桥金融科技完成收购公司69.94%股权
骏溢环球金融(08350)及要约人立桥金融科技控股有限公司联合公布，买卖协议项下的所有条件均已于2023年11月9日达成及完成已于2023年11月16日落实。紧随完成后及于本联合公告日期，要约人、其最终实益拥有人及任何彼等的一致行动人士将于合共约5.595亿股股份(相当于公司已发行股本总额约69.94%)中拥有权益。
因此，根据收购守则规则26.1，紧随完成后，要约人须就所有已发行股份(要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有及╱或同意将予收购的股份除外)作出强制性无条件现金要约。
