骏溢环球金融(08350)：林家泰获调任为非执行董事
骏溢环球金融(08350)及要约人立桥金融科技控股有限公司联合公布，林家泰(林先生，现为公司审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员以及曾为一名独立非执行董事及公司薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)主席)已获调任为非执行董事(调任)，自2023年11月16日起生效，乃由于彼于完成后不再独立于公司及其关连人士，原因在于彼获委聘为立桥金融欧洲控股有限公司董事，该公司为一家由许楚家先生控制的公司，许楚家先生实益拥有要约人97%权益及于完成后于5.595亿股股份(相当于公司已发行股本总额约69.94%)中拥有间接权益。
自2023年11月16日起及于调任后，林先生亦不再担任薪酬委员会主席及获调任为薪酬委员会成员。为接替林先生及符合香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第5.34条，钱锦祥已获调任为薪酬委员会主席。
