中国卫生集团(00673)完成收购津美发展全部股权
中国卫生集团(00673)发布公告，于2023年10月12日，买方(公司全资附属公司隆恒投资有限公司)拟向卖方(永诚创投有限公司)收购目标公司(津美发展有限公司)的全部股权，代价为1.46亿港元，将由公司向卖方发行承兑票据而偿付。
公告称，完成事项已于2023年11月16日落实。
