百胜中国(09987)2024年将透过香港回购计划及第10b5-1条回购计划回购7.5亿美元股份
百胜中国(09987)发布公告，于2023年11月16日，公司与一名独立经纪行Citigroup Global Markets Limited(经纪行)订立股份回购协议，据此，经纪行透过其联属公司花旗环球金融亚洲有限公司将根据香港回购协议项下的预设参数于联交所回购股份。根据香港回购计划进行的回购将透过公开市场及香港联交所的设施进行。除非根据香港回购协议的条款予以终止，否则香港回购协议的期限预期自2024年1月1日起至2024年12月31日或完成约12亿港元购买总额为止(以较早者为准)。
同日，公司根据1934年美国证券交易法第10b5-1条就于纽约证券交易上市的股份进行回购订立回购协议。除非根据第10b5-1条回购协议的条款予以终止，否则第10b5-1条回购协议的期限预期自2024年1月1日起至2024年12月31日或完成约6亿美元购买总额为止(以较早者为准)。
