中金公司(03908)：“20中金F5”后2年的票面利率下调至1.6%
中金公司(03908)发布公告，根据公司实际情况及当前市场环境，公司决定将公司非公开发行 2020 年公司债券(面向专业机构投资者)(第四期) (品种二)(简称“20中金F5”)后2年的票面利率下调249个基点，即2023年12月14日至2025年12月13日本期债券的票面利率为1.60%(本期债券采取单利按年计息，不计复利)。
本期债券在存续期内前3年(2020年12月14日至2023年12月13日)票面利率为4.09%。在本期债券存续期的第3年末，公司选择下调票面利率，即本期债券票面利率调整为1.6%，并在存续期的第4年和第5年(2023年12月14日至2025年12月13日)固定不变。本期债券采取单利按年计息，不计复利。
