智云健康(09955)发布公告，近日，公司首席医学官刘红樱带领团队与国内重点科研院所合作，开展关于集团自有原研药物依舒佳林® (甲磺酸二氢麦角碱缓释片)在改善大脑认知方面的，最新科研成果被国际知名学术期刊《Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications》接收。
该项基础深入探讨依舒佳林®对认知功能下降的干预作用与潜在机制。本表明，依舒佳林®增强实验动物脑海马组织中抗氧化酶活性，调节Nrf2/ HO-1信号通路，同时减少海马组织中促炎细胞因数IL-1β和TNF-α的产生，这导致与认知功能相关的因素表达减少，从而发挥神经保护作用。同时发现，依舒佳林®通过保护海马组织中的神经元，能够显著改善实验动物的认知、学习和记忆功能。这些发现为依舒佳林®在延缓衰老和改善与年龄相关的疾病、有益于老年人健康方面的潜力提供了科学依据。
