港股异动 | 香港宽频(01310)再涨超3% 小摩称公司有望获得重估、股息有吸引力
香港宽频(01310)今日再涨超3%，绩后已涨超30%。截至发稿，涨3.23%，报3.52港元，成交额1221.71万港元。
消息面上，香港宽频本月初发布全年业绩，该集团期内取得收益116.92亿港元，同比增长1%；股东应占亏损12.67亿港元，亏损要主要来自于财务成本增长近两倍，以及商誉非现金减值的影响；拟派发末期股息每股20港仙。
摩根大通发表研报指，预计香港宽频将在住宅或企业业务改善及2025财年潜在利息成本下降的利好因素下可获得重估，决定一举将集团投资评级由“减持”升至“增持”，目标价由3.7港元上调至4.5港元。该行又将集团2024及2025年的盈测分别上调15%和48%。根据该行估计，集团2024及2025财年股息年利率分别为15%及20%，具有吸引力。
