联合能源集团(00467)早盘再跌超17%，本周累跌47%。截至发稿，跌17.11%，报0.63港元，成交额3.26亿港元。
消息面上，联合能源集团于11月14日盘中放量暴跌，公司当日回购2.36亿股普通股股份，涉及金额2.06亿港元。11月15日，公司再斥资1002万港元回购1300万股。
东方集团公司董事长、总裁孙明涛近期表示，公司收购联合能源集团有限公司25%股权事项正在有序推进中。建银国际10月初曾指出，联合能源集团上半年平均开采成本与上年同期持平，为每桶4.1美元，高于该行预期。鉴于通胀压力，将其2023年/2024年平均开采成本假设提高5%/9%。该行仍预计其在2023-2025年仍将保持稳健的净利润增长，假设没有并购的话，期间复合年增长率为31%。
