长城微光(08286)委任中汇安达为新任核数师
长城微光(08286)发布公告，中正天恒会计师有限公司已辞任公司核数师一职，自2023年11月13日起生效，原因为中正天恒考虑其内部资源的可用性及公司与中正天恒未能就审计费用达成共识。
在公司审核委员会推荐下，董事会已议决通过建议委任中汇安达会计师事务所为公司的新任核数师，以填补中正天恒辞任后之临时空缺，任期直至公司应届股东周年大会结束为止。批准委任的决议案将于公司即将举行的股东周年大会上提呈。
