指尖悦动(06860)附属向兴银理财认购3000万元的理财产品
指尖悦动(06860)发布公告，于2023年11月15日，公司的中国附属公司上海游民与兴银理财订立协议，并已向兴银理财认购金额为人民币3000万元的产品。集团使用自有盈余现金储备支付该认购金额。
董事认为认购事项为集团提供较中国的商业银行一般所提供定期存款更高的回报;认购事项以集团盈余现金储备拨付资金，不会影响集团的营运资金状况或营运;及低风险的适当理财有利于集团加强资本利用及增加闲置资金收入。因此，董事认为，认购事项乃按正常商业条款进行，属公平合理，并符合公司及股东的整体利益。
