万星控股(08093)拟向谢明及张京平发行合共7760万股认购股份
万星控股(08093)发布公告，于2023年11月15日，该公司与认购人(谢明及张京平)订立认购协议，根据认购协议所载条款及条件，认购人已有条件同意认购，而公司已有条件同意配发及发行7760万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.12港元，认购股份占扩大的已发行股份总数约13.25%。
认购事项为集团业务营运带来筹集额外资金的机遇。认购事项的所得款项将用于偿还集团若干未偿还贷款，而余额将用作一般营运资金及用作集团的业务发展。
