中石化炼化工程(02386)发布公告，因工作调整变动，贾益群辞去公司财务总监、董事会秘书及公司秘书的职务，其辞呈已送达董事会并自2023年11月15日起生效。
尹凤兵已获委任为公司财务总监、董事会秘书及联席公司秘书。以上委任自2023年11月15日起生效。
此外，由于工作调整，蒋德军和贾益群不再担任公司授权代表。 公司董事、总经理张新明及尹已获委任为授权代表，自 2023年11月15日起生效。
