金利来集团(00533)拟回购最多500万港元公司股份
金利来集团(00533)发布公告，董事会拟根据股东于2023年5月19日举行的公司股东周年大会以股东决议案方式通过向董事授出有关购回公司股份的一般性权力行使权力。根据购回授权，公司获准购回最多9784.36万股股份，相当于股东周年大会通过决议案当日公司已发行股本总数的10%。
公司决定将于本公告日期起至2023年12月31日止，不时根据购回授权在公开市场购回总购入价格最多500万港元的股份，惟须视乎市场状况而定。购回股份的资金将由公司现时可动用现金提供。
董事会认为，股份现行价格并无全面反映集团的潜在价值及未来业务前景。凭借股份购回计划，公司有望提升资本结构、每股资产净值及每股盈利。因此，董事会认为股份购回计划对公司及股东整体有利。
