港股异动 | 小鹏汽车(09868)涨超6% 收购滴滴智能汽车开发业务资产首次交割已完成
小鹏汽车(09868)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.03%，报66.80港元，成交额3687万港元。
消息面上，11月13日晚间，小鹏汽车-W公告称，收购滴滴智能汽车开发业务资产的首次交割已于11月13日发生，首次交割后，标的集团各成员公司均已成为小鹏汽车的全资附属公司，而其财务业绩将被并入小鹏汽车的合并财务报表中。
此外，小鹏汽车日前在官微发文宣布，旗下纯电中型轿车 P7(含 P7i)、纯电中大型 SUV 车型 G9 双双“荣登热销榜”。
详细来看，G9 在 10 月 9 日到 11 月 5 日的四个星期内实现连续四周的“中大型纯电 SUV 销量第一”，在此期间累计销量达到 4593 台;小鹏 P7 车系当月则以 4250 台的销量夺得“25-35 万级纯电中型轿车”销量第一。
