远东酒店实业(00037)发盈警 预计中期净亏损约800万港元
远东酒店实业(00037)发布公告，集团截至2023年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩预计将取得约800万港元范围的净亏损，而截至2022年同期则取得净溢利约2000万港元。
预计的亏损主要由于本期间投资物业的公平值仅增加10万港元(2022年9月30日：3210万港元);及本期间按公平值列入损益账的金融资产的公平值减少220万港元(2022年9月30日：780万港元)的综合影响所致。
