京城机电股份(00187)发布公告，由于8名激励对象因离职而不再具备激励对象资格，2名激励对象因职务调整塬因被授予的限制性股票数量减少，董事会根据临时股东大会及类别股东大会的授权，将限制性股票激励计划项下首次授予的激励对象由131名调整为123名，首次授予的限制性股票数量由638.44万股调整为588万股。由于首次授予股数调减导致预留授予限制性股票股数占根据限制性股票激励计划拟授予的总限制性股票股数的比例超过20%，预留授予须同步减少，由159.61万股变更为147万股。因此，限制性股票激励计划拟授予的限制性股票总量由798.05万股调整为735万股。
公司宣布，首次授予条件已获满足，并确定于2023年11月14日，以每股A股人民币7.33元的价格向123名激励对象授予合共588万股限制性股票。
