贤能集团(01730)发盈警 预计年度溢利将同比减少至不少于约4000万新加坡元
贤能集团(01730)发布公告，与截至2022年9月30日止财政年度(2022财政年度)的5250万新加坡元相比，集团预期2023财政年度取得的持续经营业务的除税前纯利加已终止业务的溢利(除税后)将减少至不少于约4000万新加坡元。
公告称，2023财政年度的溢利减少主要来自空间优化业务，此乃由于与2022财政年度的公允价值收益净额相比，集团投资物业及合营企业的投资物业于2023财政年度为估计公允价值亏损净额，将被出售联营公司(Getgo Technologies Pte. Ltd.);及透过接纳自愿有条件全面要约出售集团于其非全资附属公司LHN Logistics Limited的84.05%股权，并将计入已终止业务的溢利(除税后)的一次性收益约2600万新加坡元所部分抵销。
