中国再生能源投资(00987)发布公告，梁荣森(梁先生)因个人原因，故彼已辞任公司执行董事，自2023年11月15日起生效;及公司首席财务官，自2023年12月31日起生效。
梁先生将不再担任依据上市规则第3.05条为公司的授权代表;依据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部项下代表公司在香港接收法律程序文件及通知的获授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2023年11月15日起生效。
公司的公司秘书赖锦权将获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2023年11月15日起生效。
