裕元集团(00551)若干附属公司租赁台湾物业以用于集团制造业务
裕元集团(00551)发布公告，于2023年11月13日，公司的若干附属公司(作为承租人)与该等出租人(作为出租人)订立租赁契约书，内容有关租赁该等物业，租期自2024年1月1日至2026年12月31日(首尾两日包括在内)为期3年。
据悉，就物业A，裕典科技股份有限公司(承租人)与宝元科技股份有限公司(出租人)订立租赁契约书，每月租金为新台币99.77万元。物业A位于中国台湾彰化县福兴乡福工路4号的部份办公室及厂房，面积约4134平方米，以及承租土地面积约3267平方米。
就物业B，欧利速精密工业股份有限公司(承租人)与宝成工业股份有限公司(出租人)订立租赁契约书，每月租金为新台币65.18万元。物业B位于中国台湾彰化县福兴乡福工路6号及6-1号的部份办公室及厂房，面积约6361平方米，以及面积约440平方米的停车场。
就物业C，商普爱亚细亚皮革股份有限公司台湾分公司(承租人)与宝成工业股份有限公司(出租人)订立租赁契约书，每月租金为新台币3.55万元。物业C位于中国台湾彰化县福兴乡福工路6号及6-1号的部份办公室及厂房，面积约319平方米，以及面积总计约97平方米的停车场及户外区域。
