由于全面恢复跨境旅游后，公司餐厅的收益表现已恢复至疫情前水平。期内，公司拥有人应占亏损净额减少，此乃由于公司餐厅的销售收益反弹;及于CUBIC SPACE+的营运开支于2022年10月终止营运后减至最低。
