芯智控股(02166)委任罗申美会计师事务所为核数师
芯智控股(02166)发布公告，由于德勤‧关黄陈方会计师行及公司未能就有关审核集团截至2023年12月31日止年度综合财务报表的审核费用达成共识，故德勤已辞任公司核数师，自2023年11月13日起生效。
董事会已根据审核委员会的建议议决委任罗申美会计师事务所为公司核数师，自2023年11月13日起生效，以填补辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
