消息面上，金仑控股有限公司日前发布公告，公司建议向集团5名高级管理层及2名服务提供者授出8694万股奖励股份，惟须待采纳2023年股份奖励计划及股东批准有关授出的所有必要决议案后，方可作实。于2023年9月28日，股东已就采纳2023年股份奖励计划及授出股份批准相关决议案。股份于授出日期的收市价为每股0.72港元。
此外，金仑控股有限公司近期发布公告，增加法定股本已于股东周年大会上获批准。公司法定股本已增加至3000万港元，分为30亿股股份，自2023年9月28日起生效。
