中国神华(01088)获资本控股增持330万股A股股份 涉资1.025亿元
中国神华(01088)发布公告，于2023年11月10日，国家能源集团资本控股有限公司(资本控股)通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式增持公司330万股A股股份，约占公司已发行股份总数的0.0166%，增持金额为人民币1.025亿元(不含税费)(本次增持)。资本控股后续将按照本次增持计划继续择机增持公司股份。
据悉，本次增持的主体为资本控股，为公司控股股东国家能源集团公司的全资子公司。
国家能源集团公司及资本控股承诺在本次增持计划实施期间及法定期间内不减持其所持公司股份。国家能源集团公司及资本控股将严格按照公司上市地证券监管规则实施本次增持计划。
