博维智慧(01204)委任德勤为新任核数师
博维智慧(01204)公布，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所已辞去公司核数师职务，自 2023年11月10日起生效，因为董事会与罗兵咸永道未能就2023年度该集团综合财务报表的审核范围变动所涉及的审核费用增加建议达成共识。
根据审核委员会的推荐建议，董事会已议决委任德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为该公司的新任核数师，自 2023年11月10日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
