山东国信(01697)建议委任岳增光为执行董事
山东国信(01697)发布公告，万众因工作安排，不再担任公司董事长、执行董事、董事会战略与风险管理委员会主席及提名与薪酬委员会委员等职务，自2023年11月10日起生效。
因万众不再担任公司董事长，为保障公司治理有序运转，根据相关法律法规，公司执行董事及总经理方灏代为履行公司董事长职责，其履职期间自2023年11月10日起至新任董事长任职资格获核准，且不超过六个月。
董事会建议委任岳增光为公司执行董事，并担任董事会下设战略与风险管理委员会主席和提名与薪酬委员会委员。岳增光的委任须经股东于股东大会批准及国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局核准其任职资格后方可生效。
