中国海洋发展(08047)发布公告，认购协议先决条件已获达成。认购协议已于2023年11月10日部分完成及认购股份的2亿股新股份已以每认购股份0.10港元发行予认购人(部分完成)。如该公告所述，该公司从完成中收取的所得款项净额拟用作偿还债务、渔船备航/启航费用及集团的一般营运资金。
