中银航空租赁(02588)附属与俄罗斯保险公司NSK就8架滞俄飞机达成保险和解协议 现已收到约2.08亿美元
中银航空租赁(02588)发布公告，根据与俄罗斯保险公司LLC “Insurance Company NSK”(NSK)就原租予Pobeda Airlines LLC(Pobeda航空)的8架滞俄飞机达成的保险和解协议，公司附属公司BOC Aviation (Ireland) Limited现已收到约2.08亿美元现金付款，并已停止就这8架飞机向NSK、Pobeda航空和俄罗斯其他相关方进行索赔。保险和解及和解资金的接收均符合所有适用的制裁规定。
公司将继续寻求机会，争取从各种可行渠道收回所有滞俄飞机的全部价值，但目前尚无法估计任何潜在未来回收的金额。
