港股异动 | 公司股权高度集中 四海国际(00120)、COSMOPOL INT‘L(02966)再涨超40%
四海国际(00120)、COSMOPOL INT'L(02966)昨日遭资金爆炒，盘中股价均实现翻倍。今日早盘继续走高，截至发稿，四海国际涨25.8%，报6.29港元；COSMOPOL INT'L涨35.85%，报6.29港元。
消息面上，10月4日，四海国际发布公告，将于12月4日以“2送1”基准寄发红股。10月5日，四海国际公布将于10月26日除权除息，10股合为1股；10月27日除权除息，1股送2股。10月26日，四海国际公布，四海股份合并已于2023年10月26日起生效。此外，深交所公告，港股通标的证券名单发生调整并自2023年11月9日起生效，调入COSMOPOL INT'L。
智通财经APP在《股价频繁暴涨暴跌 供股的四海国际（00120）有多“妖”》中指出，四海国际两大股东股权比例合计高达85%，股权高度集中。分析称，四海国际的暴涨暴跌，或许与南向资金的推动有关。据悉，在四海国际股价降至冰点的次日（10月26日），南向资金大量涌入；在9月份的暴涨行情中，南向资金也在推波助澜。
