港股异动 | 中创新航(03931)再跌超3% 因效果未达预期 拟终止2021年股权激励计划
中创新航(03931)连跌三日，早盘再跌超3%，截至发稿，跌2.95%，报18.42港元，成交额179.48万港元。
消息面上，中创新航公告称，受多方面因素影响，2021年股权激励计划没有达到预期的激励效果，拟终止该计划。同时，公司高级管理人员及公司股东江苏金坛投资控股拟共同出资设立合伙企业常金新能源（暂定名），受让2021年股权激励计划所涉及的全部股份。
小摩此前发布报告称，因预期电动车及储能系统电池需求疲弱，下调中创新航盈测。将其评级由“中性”降至“减持”，目标价由14港元下调至11港元。该行认为，按照中创新航目前的负自由现金流，并假设营运现金流并无改善的情况下，预期公司手头现金或无法提供超过两个季度的支持，因此公司或需透过银行贷款、债务或股权融资进行再融资。
