SINCEREWATCH HK(00444)委任先机为新核数师
SINCEREWATCH HK(00444)发布公告，因公司未能与香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司(立信德豪)就公司截至2024年3月31日止年度综合财务报表的审核费用达成共识，故立信德豪已辞任公司核数师，自2023年11月9日起生效。
根据审核委员会的推荐建议，先机会计师行有限公司已获委任为公司新核数师，自2023年11月9日起生效，以填补立信德豪辞任后的临时空缺，并继续任职至公司下一届股东周年大会结束为止。
