港股异动 | 领展(00823)午后涨超4% 可分派总额同比增加1.7%至33.33亿港元
领展房产基金(00823)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.52%，报39.75港元，成交额1.99亿港元。
消息面上，领展发布中期业绩，收益及物业收入净额分别同比增加11.3%及10.4%至67.25亿港元及50.63亿港元，主要由于新收购新加坡资产的贡献及香港市场的稳健表现；可分派总额同比增加1.7%至33.33亿港元，若以供股后相同的基金单位基数计算，则每基金单位分派增加0.4%。
花旗表示，由于供股及利率上升，领展的股价本年至今累跌约30%，花旗假设现时利率已见顶，领展目前股息率达6.6厘属吸引。摩根士丹利则表示，下调领展2024-2026财年(3月底止)每基金单位分派预测各1%；维持目标价44港元，评级“增持”，反映股息率6%，与美国10年期国债债息息差约为2%。
