港股异动 | 力劲科技(00558)再涨近4% 近日发布首台16000T超大型压铸单元 先进制造基金此前增资
力劲科技(00558)早盘再涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.16%，报7.18港元，成交额1186.58万港元。
消息面上，10月26日，力劲科技举办16000T超大型压铸单元发布会暨新能源汽车压铸产业高质量发展论坛。发布会上，中国铸造协会会长、力劲科技创始人和CEO等人出席，并有多家客户代表参加。在投产仪式中，广东鸿图也与公司签署了16000T超大型智能压铸单元战略合作协议。
值得注意的是，力劲科技此前公告，先进制造有条件同意以向深圳力劲现金增资不少于人民币11.5亿元及不多于人民币15亿元的方式认购深圳力劲经扩大注册资本不少于约9.47%及不多于12%，以增加其注册资本及资本公积金。国泰君安表示，经测算，先进制造基金给予公司的估值空间为103亿港元至170亿港元之间，中值约为135亿港元，相比当前市值有一定的溢价。
