港股异动 | 恒大物业(06666)现涨超10% 月内已涨近40% 传恒大将用公司股权交换离岸债务
恒大物业(06666)月内持续走高，累计涨幅已近40%。截至发稿，涨10%，报0.55港元，成交额1118.14万港元。
消息面上，本月初，市场传出消息称，恒大提议以恒大物业与恒大汽车30%的股权来交换离岸债务。倘持有恒大约190亿美元债务的离岸债券持有人同意新条款，他们的投资可能会大幅减计。
据悉，恒大香港清盘呈请聆讯被押后至12月4日进行，法官称这是最后一次延期。此外，11月8日，“恒大物业”微信公众号名称已更改为“金碧物业服务”
